Iridescence is a weather-releated gear statistic found exclusively on [[Iridal Staff]](+5%) and [[Chatoyant Staff]](+10%).

*"Iridescence" increases the potency bonus from weather effects (for better if weather matches, or for worse if weather is opposed).
**Under this effect, at a potency of 5%, the single weather potency bonus becomes 15% and the double weather bonus becomes 30%.
**Elemental Obis will force the combined Iridescence/Weather proc.
**Iridescence has no effect on day potency bonus/procs.
