This patch is only for some crash fixes (Thank you Zach) and some era+ fixes. Please look forward to a bigger, long overdue patch coming soon!
==Fixes and things==
* All monsters that rage (not just land kings) now display a message when rage wears off. (Tracent)
* Tiamat and Jormungand should now correctly be able to lose rage. (Tracent)
* Tiamat and Jormungand should now correctly land or fly after taking 10000 damage in a single land or fly phase. (Tracent)
* The era+ recast reduction given by RDM fast cast trait has been fixed. The reduction was previously too small. (You get to cast faster than before) (Tracent)
* Trimmer's Mantle now correctly gives a charm duration increase rather than a charm rate increase (similar to other gear with +charm). (Tracent)
* RSE sachet drop rates should now be era accurate (previously they were incorrectly very low in certain cases). (Tracent)
* Highwind should no longer stop respawning under certain conditions. (Tracent)
* Nidhogg wings up mode timing should now work even after going idle and then reengeging. (Tracent)
* Xzomit organ drop rates from both mother and baby Xzomits in Al'Taieu should now be era accurate. (Tracent)
* The Xzomits summoned by Jailer of Love are should now have retail accurate levels. (Tracent)
* Energy Drain's Haste effect will now overwrite iteself and lower power hastes. (Tiberon)
* Several fixes for Dynamic Entities (Zach2good)
