Description: These NPCs are the directors of their Guild. In order to sign up with a Guild, you must first speak with this NPC. They will start you out by giving you a crystal, and a simple recipe. Once you have attained certain skill levels, you must speak with the Guild Master again in order to take the guild test required to raise your crafting cap. Guild test items may either be crafted, or purchased from the Auction House, and must be traded to the Guild Master in order to complete the test.

In short, this NPC will:

• Sign you up for the relevant Guild
• Accept the items you need to turn in, to go up in rank for the Guild.
