Walkthrough
- Talk to Balasiel in Southern San d'Oria (F-7
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">).
- Optional:
- Talk to Chanpau in Southern San d'Oria (E-7
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">).
- Talk to Morjean in Northern San d'Oria (L-7
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">), in the Cathedral Manuscript room.
- Note: This step cannot be completed if you are currently between the steps of speaking with Morjean and collecting the Wyvern Egg for the Dragoon flag quest The Holy Crest.
- If Morjean will only say "Ah, good day. I am Morjean, a researcher here...", it doesn't hold up the quest.
NOTE: Depending on your level, before heading out, be sure to have some sort of Sneak/Invisible to avoid aggro, and Warp or Escape for a quick out once you have the Stalactite Dew.
- Travel to La Theine Plateau, enter the ravine at F-6
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">. After passing Equesobillot, follow the left wall until you zone into Ordelle's Caves at La Theine Plateau (F-7
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">).
- After entering Ordelle's Caves, follow the right wall and transition to Map 1 at (G-4)

- Continue down the steps until you get to the large room at (I-5)
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">. Take the south exit from this room and follow the path until you transition to Map 2 at (G-6)
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">.
- Following are directions for one who takes the other entrance to Ordelle's Caves from La Theine Plateau at H-7
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">. You start at the north end of Map 1:
- Travel to the cave room at (I-5)
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">. Take the south exit from this room.
- Climb the steps. You will transition to Map 2 at (H-6)
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">.
- From (H-6)
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">, proceed to the large room at (H-6)
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">.
NOTE: If you are under level 40, keep Sneak up at all times! In this room, Shriekers, Hognosed Bats, and Jellies aggro by sound.
- To your left, touch the ??? that rests in the pool of water.
- Quickly search for the second ??? near the center of this room to receive the Stalactite Dew. If you did not receive the key item, you have missed a step or you took too long between the ??? points.
NOTE: It is possible for a Will-o'-the-Wisp to be by the pool or the Stalactite and it will aggro by sight.
- Return to Balasiel for your recognition. You can start the next quest A Knight's Test without having to zone after completing the quest if the requirement has been passed.
