Walkthrough
Note: After Blue Ribbon Blues, you will have to zone out and back in to get the quest.
- Upon accepting the quest, you will receive a Rhinostery Certificate which will provide access to Toraimarai Canal via Windurst Walls.
- Talk to Ohbiru-Dohbiru. The Rhinostery wants you to kill Starmites in Toraimarai Canal. Collect all the Starmite Shells you can gather and bring them back to the Rhinostery.
