Ro'Maeve	The Hall of the Gods

Go to Ro'Maeve. You will need Sneak and Invisible through this area, but everything in-zone detects magic, so use Silent Oils and Prism Powders or cast Sneak and Invisible at the zone.
Head for (H-5<span style="position:absolute; left:34px; top:Expression error: Unrecognized punctuation character "{".px; z-index:15; width:32px; height:32px; background:

5555FF; opacity:0.5;">) and zone in to Hall of the Gods. Run to the other side and check the gate two times.
