Need to research actual values. Values in Retail are as follows:
Defence Bonus 1: 10 Def
Defence Bonus 2: 12 Def
Defence Bonus 3: 13 Def
Defence Bonus 4: 13 Def
On verifications needed.
This seems about right, at least for the total on Defense Bonus IV.
Tested on naked Galka PLD70/WAR35 according to retail formula for Level ≥ 60 :
Base Defense = ([VIT/2] + 8 + Level + 10)
With Defense Bonus IV = 48
Defense = (Base Defense) + Defense Bonus
174 = ([77/2] + 8 + 70 + 10) + 48
174 = 126.5 (which is probably rounded down) + 48
