Horizon Changes

• Drops have been adjusted to their pre-RMT patch states. As such, Mee Deggi drops Ochiudo's Kote as opposed to Ochimusha Kote.

Notes

• Lottery spawn from the Yagudo Interrogator/Yagudo Drummer around H-8. This is a shared spawn, and there is only a single placeholder. Placeholder IDs are 56 and 57. Placeholder respawn is 16 minutes.
• Uses Hundred Fists.
• Has a 50 minute cooldown after having been killed before it can pop again.
• Has been known to go over 20 or more hours without a pop.
• Drops are group based and as such can be treated similar to BCNM drops. Treasure Hunter has no effect. It will drop either Ochiudo's Kote or Impact Knuckles. Never both.
