HorizonXI Patch Notes - 05/19/23

Combat

• Throwing ranged attack sweet spot has been increased. (Critical)
• Parry formula has been adjusted to more appropriate era values. (Avogadro-war, Mousseng)
• One hand weapons with Attack+ will now effect both hands where applicable. (Wintersolstice)

Jobs

• THF: Treasure Hunter now persists through the Thief's death. (Wintersolstice)
• SMN: Nether Blast now has the correct range of 15 yalms. (Tracent)
• DRG: Dragoon's Wyvern is no longer unsummoned when entering battlefields. (Frank)

Spells

• Corrected the message shown when an enfeebling duration hits 0 due to build resistance. (Frank)
• Enfeebling spells will now properly calculate the duration with regards to its resist state (Frank)

Items

• Coral Bangle vendor price has been reduced. (Abdiah)
• Rune Halberd vendor price has been increased to match the price of all rune weapons. (Abdiah)
• Many weapons with added effects for certain mob families now work correctly. (Tracent)
• The winds that drop from sky gods now properly remove additional effects of the correct corresponding gods. (Tracent)
• A new Buccaneer's Knife will need to be stolen for each attempt to transform into a Bartholomew's Knife. (Tracent)
• An unsuccessful transformation of Buccaneer's Knife will no longer lock the knife in the players inventory. (Tracent)
• Wyvern Mantle now properly enhances Jump effects. (Hugin)

Missions, Quests, & Battlefields

• Corrected the BCNM Come into my Parlor loot table. (Abdiah)
• Fixed quest "Undying Flames" not taking beeswax when handing in for the rope. (Abdiah)
• Fixed an issue with the quest "Confessions of a Bellmaker" where players were not able to properly spawn the NM (Abdiah)
• Corrected an issue preventing players from starting the quest "Reap What You Sow". (Abdiah)
• Corrected issues with the quest "Heaven Cent". (Abdiah)
• Corrected issue with the Waking the Beast fight and its prerequisite BCNMs to function properly. (Abdiah)
• An issue has been corrected with Tango With a Tracker and Requiem of Sin preventing players from attacking monsters in the BCNM. (Wintersolstice)
• Corrected some issues with the White Mage artifact quest line preventing players from completing the quest. (Hookstar)
• Corrected issue where players were not able to complete the quest "Lufets Lake Salt" quest, and the subsequent quest line. (Hookstar)
• Addresses issue where players may not be able to complete the quest "Sleepless Nights". (Hookstar)
• Corrected issues with the Beastmaster unlock and artifact quest preventing players from completing the quest. (Hookstar)
• Adjusted the skills and stats of Bahamut and his summoned wyrms in both the "Storms of Fate" and "The Wyrmking Descends" fights to be more retail accurate. (Tracent, Jimmayus, Siknoz)
• Adjusted the skills of Ouryu in Ouryu Cometh to be more retail accurate. (Tracent, Jimmayus, Siknoz)
• Adjusted the damage, attack, attack delay, and skills of Omega and Ultima in the CoP mission 6-4 "One to be Feared" to be more retail accurate. (Tracent, Jimmayus, Siknoz)
• Adjusted the skill behavior, regain, and resistance to ranged attacks of Diabolos in CoP mission 3-5 "Darkness Named" and the quest Waking Dreams to be more retail accurate. (Tracent, Siknoz)
• Corrected an issue preventing players from completing the Paladin artifact quest line. (Hookstar)

Crafting, HELM, & Digging

• Protective Spectacles from Bonecrafting guild points are now purchasable at the correct rank. (Hookstar)
• The synthesis recipe for Barone Corazza has been added. (Wintersolstice)
• Players renouncing guilds will now have their skill set to the correct level. (Tracent)
• Fixed an issue where occasionally gardening pots would not progress. (Damarus)
• Added missing desynthesis recipe for Verdun (Demesm)
• Sollerets now require the correct crystal to synth. (Tracent)
• Fixed Spinel Earrings desynthing into Spinel gems properly. (Abdiah)
• Replaced out of era guild point items Pepperoni, Urchin Sushi, and Karni Yarik with in era guild point items Royal Omelette, Black Curry, and Mushroom Stew. (Tracent)
• Guild point item Nadziak can now be synthed. (Tracent)"

Monsters

• Diorite dropped from Aura Statues drop rate has been increased. (Critical)
• Corrected an issue with Wyrm in the KS99 fight Early Bird Gets the Wyrm where it could fly while in the middle of using a TP move. (Frank)
• The HNM Vrtra has been corrected to be closer to era difficulty and is now available for players to fight. (Frank)
• Olla Media and Olla Grande will now spawn claimed to the alliance fighting it. (Abdiah)
• Crimson Toothed Pawberry now spawns claimed. (Tsukuyomiii, Abdiah)
• Lord of Onzozo peons will no longer lose aggro under certain conditions. (Tracent)
• Corrected several Fomor and their pet's levels in Lufaise Meadows. (Tiberon)
• Stun resistance and sleep build resistance has been added to Fafnir. (Frank)

System

• Fix Horizon HNM draw in system from occasionally drawing in players outside of the spawn zone into the oblivion. (Kore)
• Conal abilities from certain monsters (such as dragon breath from fafnir) will no longer be interrupted due to certain positionings. (Tracent)
• Treasure pools will now correctly overflow (items will not be lost) when adding more than ten items (such as when opening the final chest of many limbus areas). (Tracent)
• Fixed the "fix" of correcting auction house sale order. (Frank)
• The capacity wardrobe 2 may now be increased by completing two high level quests. Players that have already completed the quests will have their capacity increased automatically. (Tracent)
