Horizon Changes 
- Higher levels of Clear Mind can be obtained at lower levels than normal, and the effects of certain tiers are increased. Error creating thumbnail: File missing
- Base MP recovery rate starts at 12 per tick. Each tick thereafter increases by 4. This effect was originally 1 per tick.
- Certain jobs have a further increase to their base MP recovery rate and MP/tick scaling, due to increases to the scaling of Clear Mind.
At level 75, these changes are:
- Red Mage: +1 for a total of 5 MP recovery rate scaling per tick
- Black Mage and Summoner: +2 for a total of 6 MP recovery rate scaling per tick
- White Mage: +3 for a total of 7 MP recovery rate scaling per tick
Equipment that Enhances this Trait
- Although no equipment directly enhances Clear Mind, there is equipment that increases your MP Recovered While Healing.
