Findings so Far

• Mandies drop candy drops. All mandies, what type of candy?

Pumpkin Mandys Drop:
- Red Drop
- Green Drop 
- White Drop 
- Clear Drop 
- Black Drop 
- Blue Drop 
- Yellow Drop
- Purple Drop 

Notes from event:
- Reward moogle only says "something has infected the local fauna", with no quest activation.
- Speaking to the reward moogle with halloween gears does change reward moogle lines. 
- Trading all 8 drops to reward moogle does nothing.
- Windurst has 4 merchants with costumes on
- Pumpkin Mandies does use TP moves
- Blizzard and Banish do nothing for the reference of "Beware the mandragora, with its icy stare, and banish all fear."
