Notes

Restores an amount of HP to user equal to 1x the character's VIT. Removes multiple status effects upon use. It is currently unknown whether there is a cap on how many can be removed in one go. Effects removable include: Slow Poison Paralyze Rasp Others to be confirmed. If Temple Cyclas is equipped this ability will restore additional HP to the user equal to 1x the character's VIT. If Melee Gloves are equipped this ability will restore additional HP to the user equal to 0.6x the character's VIT, rounded down. These bonuses stack additively, resulting in the ability restoring an amount of HP to the user equal to 2.6x the character's VIT, rounded down. Group I Merits can reduce the recast time by up to 30 seconds.

Horizon Changes

Chakra's recast time has been reduced to 2 minutes, down from 3. It also removes multiple status effects the player is inflicted with.
