Usage:	/partycmd
Description:	Executes various party management commands.

To use the kick or breakup subcommands, you must be a party leader.
When using the add subcommand, you must select a player who is not in a party and who does not have any pending incoming or outgoing invitations.
The leader and looter commands are not listed when using /? pcmd. You must be the current leader of the party to use these commands.
If there are any items in the treasure pool, they will be lost if the party is dissolved with breakup.

Subcommands:
add	Invite player to your party.
looter*	Change or activate the quartermaster for your current party.
leader	Change leader of your party.
kick	Kick a player from your party.
leave	Leave your current party, keeps party intact.
breakup	Disband's your party.

Example: /pcmd add <stpc>

/alliancecmd Executes various alliance commands.
