Overlord Artho will spawn a Poisonous Crab approximately every 90 seconds.
Overlord Artho will spawn a Lord's Bruiser and a Lord's Wizard every 20% HP. Take out the Wizard first and have stuns ready.

Have stuns ready for -GAs by Artho
Poisonous Crabs have a poison Aura and must be moved away from the main tank holding Overlord Artho.
Try not to have all 3 crab adds up at the same time. Watch Artho's HP% to be aware when the Wizard and Bruiser will spawn.
Artho is susceptible to elemental debuffs and poison DoTs.
