Improves power of magic spells.

Unknown if modified from base retail. BLM was stated to have been buffed in some way. All following information is used from retail as a base.

Increases MAB by +20 at tier one
- Subsequent tiers add +4 MAB each.
  - as with all other traits,only the job with highest tier is active, they do not stack
This statistic affects all forms of magic damage, Including hybrid weapon skills
- Subject to a check against the opponents MDB in an even (100 + Magic Attack Bonus)/(100 + Magic Defense Bonus) ratio
  - only NM's and specific monster types/familys have the MDB trait natively.
    - not to be confused with a natural resistance to a particular element, which is figure separately as a resist rate.
