Travel to Bibiki Bay - Purgonorgo Isle and fish with a Composite Fishing Rod and Minnow until you catch the NM Lancet Jagil.

Kill the Lancet Jagil and obtain the Cleanly Snapped Rod .
Return to Mhaura and trade the rod to Keshab-Menjab at H-9<span style="position:absolute; left:34px; top:Expression error: Unrecognized punctuation character "{".px; z-index:15; width:32px; height:32px; background:
