- Talk to Muckvix at (H-10) inside Muckvix's Junk Shop in Lower Jeuno
- Head to Upper Jeuno and speak with Paya-Sabya at (I-8). You must have the Silver Bell acquired during the start of the Magicite quest to get the cutscene from Paya-Sabya
- Head back to Lower Jeuno and speak with Muckvix again for the Yagudo torch.
