Usage
Syntax:
{{Delete|optional comment...}}
This template is for use on any article being proposed for deletion, including User Pages, Templates, Categories, and Images.
It is imperative when marking a template for deletion, you type <noinclude>{{Delete}}</ noinclude> to avoid breaking any pages the template may link to.
This is to be only applied to userpages for user accounts that do not exist, by request of the user the page belongs to, or for user pages/user subpages that violate policy.
