Usage:	Command/!unstuck
Description:	Warps the stuck player back to their Home Point.

Notes

Upon useage this command gives the player a 20 minute terror debuff, which prevents the player from taking any action for the during. This is to prevent the command from being abused and as such, should only be used when all other options have been exhausted. Has a cooldown of 24 hours before it can be used again - update 06/28/24. The alternative is to place a GM call.
