One of the five Ministries of Magic found in Windurst, focuses on the properties and cultivation of plants ("Rhinostery" is a combination of the words "ministery" and "rhinal" -- smell). Located in Windurst Waters south at J-8/9. The current minister is Rukususu, who is out doing field work in the Northlands.

Involved in Quests

  2. Overnight Delivery, from Kenapa-Keppa.
  3. Water Way to Go, from Ohbiru-Dohbiru. (R)

  5. Toraimarai Turmoil, from Ohbiru-Dohbiru. (R)
  6. Waking Dreams, from Kerutoto, only requires CoP Chapter 4+. (R)
