Notes/Description
- While up the ability lowers cooldowns of Utsusemi Spells. This reduction is a static flat amount that does not grant any haste or fastcast effect, instead changing the recast of ichi/ni to 35/50 respectively. then, haste and fast cast is figured into the equation.
- Translates loosely as "Exposed (open) Ninja"
- This effect cannot be dispelled.
- There is no decay to the bonuses granted.
- Cannot be used with Ninja as a support job.
- Reduces the chance an enemy can critically strike a Ninja.
