• Talk to Ronan to activate the quest.
• (optional) Talk to Mine Konte Port Bastok (D-7<span style="position:absolute; left:34px; top:px; z-index:15; width:32px; height:32px; background:

1. 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">) and then with Panana.

• Trade 3 Shell Bugs to Ronan.
• Give him his "time" by zoning out of Port Bastok and back in. Talk to him again for your reward.
