This mission requires the possession of a 
Delkfutt Key or Delkfutt Key (Item). If you do not have one, prepare to obtain one, see Obtaining a Delkfutt Key.
Notes
- Trade crystals to a Conquest Overseer or repeat earlier missions to unlock this mission.
- If you just completed Bastok Mission 3-1, you need to trade 13 crystals.
Walkthrough
- Talk to a Bastok Gate Guard to accept this mission.
- Talk to Lucius in Metalworks (J-9
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">), located at the Presidential Aide's Office, to receive the Letter to the ambassador.
- Travel to Jeuno and talk to Goggehn in Ru'Lude Gardens (H-10
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">) in the Bastokan Embassy (Jeuno).
- Travel to Lower Delkfutt's Tower.
If you do not possess a Delkfutt Key or Delkfutt Key (Item), you need to obtain one for the next step, see Obtaining a Delkfutt Key.
- Head to Lower Delkfutt's Tower, First Floor (E-8
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">) and either trade Delkfutt Key (Item) to the cermet door or simply interact with the door if in possession of Delkfutt Key.
- If you just obtained a Delkfutt Key (Item), trade it to the elevator ??? in the room Upper Delkfutt's Tower, Floor 10 (H-8
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">) where Porphyrion spawns and proceed taking the spiral staircase downwards until you reach Lower Delkfutt's Tower, Basement (H-8
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">).
- Once in the basement, head east into the large room interact with the door at Lower Delkfutt's Tower, Basement (L-9
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">) for a cutscene.
- If you still have your Delkfutt Key (Item), trade it to the door to receive the cutscene.
- If you do not get the cutscene you are probably at the wrong door.
- After the cutscene, return to the Bastokan Embassy (Jeuno) in Ru'Lude Gardens and interact with the door to the ambassador's office at Ru'Lude Gardens (H-10
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">) to finish the mission.
