Walkthrough
- Trade about 24 crystals to any Conquest Overseer to unlock the mission then accept it from any Windurst Gate Guard.
- Talk to Hakkuru-Rinkuru in Port Windurst (E-7
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">), Orastery for a cutscene and the Southwestern star charm.
- Go to the southwestern tower (Dahlia Tower) in West Sarutabaruta (F-11
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">)and enter Outer Horutoto Ruins.
- Go to Outer Horutoto Ruins, Dahlia Tower (J-8
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">) and click the Gate: Magical Gizmo to spawn 4 Jack Cardians.
- Jack of Batons (BLM) , Jack of Coins (RDM), Jack of Cups (WHM), Jack of Swords (PLD)
- It is not necessary to kill them all.
- Sneak up before examining the door to prevent aggro on pop.*
- They are magic aggressive so make sure mages are well out of range.
- Make sure you do not kill the one you pulled before the others depop, if you do, you will not receive the cutscene when you examine the door.
- The Cardians NMs link with each other.
- Examine the door after defeating them for a cutscene.
- The cutscene may not trigger until the last Cardian's body as disappeared.
- (Optional) Return to Hakkuru-Rinkuru Port Windurst (E-7
- 5555FF; opacity:0.5;">) for some dialogue on Ajido-Marujido's whereabouts.
- Enter Full Moon Fountain for a cutscene which completes the mission.
NOTE:
- Multiple sneak+carby-pull attempts failed on 11/15/2025. However, the cardians can be slept/silenced.
- Sneak+Ranged Pull on 72THF worked just fine on 2/3/2026. EZPZ.
